- Bulk disposal of old office furniture you no longer need is a separate service with its own packages from RM350, since it needs its own lorry trip to the disposal centre and includes the authority’s disposal fees. Book it alongside your office move and we will schedule both.
- Built-in fixtures fixed to walls, floors or ceilings (such as built-in shelving, partition walls or ceiling-mounted projectors) need our furniture dismantling and fixture removal service, which also covers making good the wall or ceiling afterwards.

We review your requirements to prepare a moving quotation and timeline.
For larger offices, we arrange a free site visit to assess lift access, loading bays, floor levels and any building restrictions. Send us photos and a floor plan, or we visit in person.

2. Packing
Office furniture, IT equipment, filing cabinets and desk contents are packed and labelled by department or room. We supply sturdy moving boxes and all wrapping materials. On a Budget booking, your team handles the packing.
3. Dismantling
Workstation cubicles, conference tables, shelving and modular desks are taken apart and labelled so every component is accounted for. Included from Premium upward; available per item on other packages.
4. Transport
Your office contents are loaded systematically and transported by trained drivers at the scheduled time. Most office moves are scheduled for Friday evening through Sunday to minimise business disruption.
5. Setup at the New Office
Our movers unload items into their designated positions according to your floor plan. Furniture and workstations are reassembled, and boxes are placed in the correct rooms for unpacking.

How do you handle computer equipment and servers?

Do you dismantle cubicle partitions and workstations?

On a Budget booking or lorry rental, it can be added per item. For built-in units fixed to walls or floors, our furniture dismantling and fixture removal service covers the removal and making good afterwards.
What if the office building requires a loading bay booking or security deposit?
We can work within your building management’s requirements, but security deposits, parking fees and any other charges imposed by the building during loading and unloading are paid by the client. Let us know the building rules when you request your quote so we can plan the timing.
Do you handle disposal of old office furniture during the move?
Yes. If you have desks, chairs or filing cabinets you do not want at the new office, we can remove them as part of the move. For larger disposal jobs, see our bulk disposal service.
