Furniture Moving Pricing
Furniture moves are quoted on three things: the lorry size, the number of movers, and whether you want each piece wrapped and dismantled or just carried. A single sofa, a wardrobe, or a bedroom’s worth of furniture usually fits a 1 tonne lorry with 2 movers from our Budget package at RM 280 per trip within the Klang Valley.
Most furniture jobs are better suited to our Premium package, from RM 600. Premium adds bubble and shrink wrapping on every piece before it leaves the room, dismantling and reassembly of free-standing furniture by the same team that carries it, and goods-in-transit insurance while the lorry is on the road. For a full home or office of furniture plus packing and unpacking, step up to All-in Service or Signature.
Pianos, safes, chillers and vending machines are quoted separately regardless of package, because they need extra manpower and equipment. See our piano moving service for those enquiries. Book Your Furniture Move
Standard booking lead time is 3 days. Month-end moves (last week of the month) need 1 week’s notice because lorries book out early. Same-day service is subject to lorry availability.
For moves beyond a single piece, we offer a free site visit so we can measure access, confirm which lorry fits, and quote the dismantling list in advance. If a site visit is not practical, send photos of each room and the access route (lift lobby, staircase, loading bay) and we will quote from those instead.

Furniture Add-On Pricing
Add these to any package based on what the pieces need:
- Shrink wrapping: RM 25 per item
- Double bubble plus stretch film wrapping (recommended for antiques, glass, marble tops, high-gloss finishes): RM 50 per item
- Dismantle and refix, normal size: RM 50 per item
- Dismantle and refix, large (over 4 ft): RM 150 per item
- Staircase carry when there is no lift or the lift will not fit: RM 20 per floor (1 tonne), RM 60 per floor (3 tonne), RM 100 per floor (5 tonne)
- Large size boxes supplied: RM 12 each (550 mm L x 400 mm W x 450 mm H)
- Packing service, including materials: RM 15 per box

Do you dismantle built-in wardrobes and cabinets?
Yes, but as a separate service rather than part of a moving package. Moving packages cover free-standing furniture such as bed frames, wardrobes and dining sets. Built-in units fixed to the wall or floor need our furniture dismantling and fixture removal service, which also covers making good the wall or ceiling afterwards.
What is included when I move furniture under the Premium package?
Premium covers the full furniture handling flow: bubble and shrink wrapping applied in the room before the piece is carried out, dismantling of free-standing furniture (wardrobes, bed frames, dining sets, modular sofas) at the old place, reassembly at the new place by the same team, a free site visit for larger jobs, 10 large boxes supplied, and goods-in-transit insurance while the lorry is on the road. Full terms and inclusions are confirmed with your written quote.
Can you move just one sofa or a single wardrobe?
Yes. A single item fits the Budget package with a 1 tonne lorry and 2 movers at RM 280 per trip within the Klang Valley. If the piece is heavy, oversized, or needs dismantling to clear a doorway or lift, we would recommend Premium instead so the wrapping, dismantling and GIT insurance are included rather than priced as add-ons.
Do you handle office furniture, or should I book a different service?
This page covers home and residential furniture: sofas, wardrobes, beds, dining sets and free-standing cabinets. For office furniture relocation (desks, workstations, filing cabinets, boardroom tables, server racks and reception counters), use our office movers service instead. The office team is set up for after-hours and weekend scheduling, loading bay bookings and the commercial-building paperwork, which keeps your business downtime to a minimum.
What if my wardrobe or sofa does not fit in the lift?
We carry furniture up and down staircases when the lift is too narrow, out of service, or will not take a long item. A per floor charge applies based on lorry size (RM 20 per floor for 1 tonne, RM 60 per floor for 3 tonne, RM 100 per floor for 5 tonne). Tell us the floor level and lift dimensions when you request a quote, or send photos, and we will include it in the price rather than raising it on moving day. Lift bookings and loading bay approvals from the condo management are the customer’s responsibility.
Can you move antiques, marble-top furniture, glass cabinets or high-gloss pieces?
Yes. For items that scratch or chip easily we recommend the double bubble plus stretch film wrap (RM 50 per item) rather than standard shrink wrap, applied before the piece leaves the room. Marble tops are removed from the base and wrapped separately so the base is not loaded by the top during transit. Tell us during the quote what the piece is made of and we will note the handling in writing.
How soon can you move my furniture?
Standard bookings need 3 days’ notice. Month-end moves (the last week of the month) need 1 week because lorry demand is highest then. Same-day service is possible subject to lorry availability on the day.
